Training schedule for the beginners
Will I manage to finish the ultramarathon? How should I plan the beginning, my nutrition and body hydration during the competition? What can I do to help myself be mentally prepared for the run? How should I train before the competition? All these questions are answered by Robert Korab – an accomplished ultramarathons’ runner who participated in several dozen different ultramarathons in Poland as well as in Europe. Robert prepared the training schedule specially for the 1st Subcarpathian Ultramarathon Runners. The first training is planned as early as on the 7th of January, 2014! We are pleased to inform you that, due to the benevolence of The City Hall of Rzeszow, there will be a possibility of a gratuitous sleep over in the ROSiR building (the Ks. Jalowego 23A Street) and since the place will be available as early as on Friday (May, 30th) at 3 p.m. up to Sunday afternoon (June, 1st) we want to invite you for the whole weekend!!!! The night's lodging requires taking your own sleeping equipment (a sleeping mat and sleeping bag), there are also toilets and showers available as well as a depository to store any valuable belongings. The ROSiR building is situated in a beautiful park, in the city center, as far as a 5-minute walk from the marathon's starting and finishing point.
Let us remind you that applications for the UP are to be accepted from the 2nd of January, 2014.
